At project^ Mary is tasked with overseeing the complete lifecycle of development projects. Starting with design and entitlement continuing through the construction phase until occupancy is achieved. Her problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders enable her to consistently deliver innovative projects within the designated timeframes and budget constraints.
Before joining the project^ team, Mary built her career in project management executing a diverse range of projects. Her journey originated at Skanska USA Building, where she rose from an entry-level project engineer to a project manager, leading cross functional teams and guiding them from project initiation to the successful completion of complex high-tech and industrial construction projects.
Throughout her four years of higher education at Oregon Tech, Mary distinguished herself as a dedicated student-athlete, contributing as a member of the women’s basketball team. She gained valuable communication and team collaboration skills from her college career which started her commitment to being an active community member.
