Caroline Baggott

Development Manager

Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering, University of Pittsburgh

A leader with experience managing complex construction projects. Caroline pairs an eagerness to take on new challenges with the joy she gets from working with diverse teams to successfully complete projects that make communities better for those who live & work in them.

At project^, Caroline’s focus is managing mixed-use projects from design and entitlement through construction and occupancy. Her strong problem-solving skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders allows her to deliver creative projects on time and on budget.

Before joining the company, Caroline served in several project management positions across a variety of industries. She began her career with Skanska USA Building and quickly advanced from an entry level project engineer position to project manager leading multi-disciplinary teams from inception through the completion of complex high-tech and industrial construction projects. After Skanska, Caroline worked for a technology start-up in the ghost kitchen industry. There she worked on the owner side managing facilities for existing commercial kitchens and leading the construction of new kitchens from site leasing through design, permitting, contracting and construction.

During her time at Pitt, Caroline participated in multiple Engineers Without Boarders projects in South America where her teams were designing and building water distribution systems for displaced communities and support facilities for rural schools. Those projects strengthened Caroline’s love of travel and sparked a desire to continue to work to better communities for the people in them. In 2019, The Daily Journal of Commerce named Caroline a “Phenom.”
