Brad Berman

Brad is a project strategist and leader with over 25 years’ experience orchestrating cross-functional teams including legal, operations, design, and construction. He is adept at delivering complex projects on budget, on schedule, and with attention to craft and detail. Brad is passionate about balancing detailed business criteria, marketing, and design objectives into unified projects that contribute to the local ecosystem and environment.

Brad’s focus at project^ is project and construction management ranging from feasibility studies and contract agreements through occupancy and close-out. His expertise includes retail, mixed-use, and corporate facilities.

Prior to joining project^, Brad served in a number of management positions. Most recently, Brad resided in Shanghai, China, working for Nike as their Director for Greater China Work Place Design & Connectivity. His responsibilities included team leadership focusing on facilities planning, real estate, and employee services. Brad’s 18-year career at Nike also included working for U.S. Retail Real Estate & Store Construction and Global Direct to Consumer. He has worked throughout the world, over-seeing historic renovations, ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and temporary sport marketing venues.

In addition to Nike, Brad has provided consulting services to Microsoft, FedEx, House of Blues, and the Park Avenue West development in Portland. His projects have been recognized by a number of organizations including the AIA. A native Portlander, Brad has resided on the West Coast, East Coast, Europe and Asia while volunteering for a number of organizations including Habitat for Humanity.
